摘要：It is the nature of law to be in constant construction. New problems are presented daily and cannot be in the field of invisibility, demanding attention of interpreters, the applicators of law and legislators in search of answers. In this perspective, this article aims to analyze the current relevance of compensatory maintenance in Brazil, an issue that has become more relevant and in a civil constitutional perspective can glimpse a new perspective for the legal scenario.
