摘要：The research shows that, given the new business practices presented by today's world, especially in the field of technology and biomedicine, the traditional concept of legal acts has been insufficient. The study, from the deductive method, reveals that some facts not create standardized legal situations that do not properly generate rights, but concerns that deserve equal protection, especially those related to personality, as a manifestation of the principle of human dignity. Finally, it was concluded within a postmodern view, the classic and modern legal acts, formed by individuals subjective rights holders and supported objects in the legal order, is insufficient to meet the new demands, especially existential nature, which imposes a reinterpretation of the concepts of legal relationship, legal situations and legal business, fundamental to the private law.
