摘要：Este trabalho objetiva apresentar algumas das principais características atribuídas à verdade tal como nos revela uma genealogia da verdade a partir do pensamento de Michel Foucault. Trata-se, pois, de estabelecer uma relação entre a onipresença da verdade, a irrefutabilidade da verdade, a ausência da verdade e a universalidade da verdade – características historicamente atribuídas à verdade, cujo mapeamento, significação e inteligibilidade serão perspectivadas tomando por referência a genealogia foucaultiana. Por fim, será estabelecida uma relação entre a universalidade da verdade e as formas jurídicas que instauram, mediante os procedimentos do inquérito, a veridição testemunhal como signo da evidência da verdade.
其他摘要：This study presents some of the main characteristics attributed to the truth as revealed in a genealogy of truth from the thought of Michel Foucault. It is therefore to establish a connection between the ubiquity of the truth, the irrefutability of the truth, the absence of the truth and the universality of truth – characteristics historically attributed to truth, whose mapping, meaning and intelligibility are conceptualized with reference to Foucault’s genealogy. Finally, it will be settled a link between the universality of truth and the juridical forms that establish, through the procedures of inquiry, the production of testimonial truth as a sign of evidence of the truth.
