摘要:The current study aims to establish the relationship between perceived injustice,work related depression, anxiety, irritation and turnover intention in the fast pacedmanufacturing environment.A cross-sectional survey using a convenience sampling method was used to collectdata from sample participants. Data were analysed from 168 questionnaireadministered to employees in a company that manufactures computer parts. Datawere computed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), version24. Correlation and regression analyses were conducted to establish the relationshipbetween perceived injustice, work related depression, anxiety, irritation andturnover intention.The study proved that perceived injustice was positively related to work-relateddepression and work-related irritation, which in turn engendered the intention ofemployees to quit the company. It is recommended that depression, anxiety andirritation should be treated as diseases; hence, the need to train managers andsupervisors on mental health care practices and efficient and effective humanresource management practices in order to cater for the needs of employees in amore equitable way. Other recommendations include liaising with professionals tooffer therapy and subjecting sufferers to rehabilitation.
