标题：A Tentative Crisis Management Framework Based on Schools of Earl Knowledge Management in the Earthquake Crisis

摘要：This study showed how organizations can use the knowledge management at the time of crisis and reduce the vulnerability. Therefore, this research discussed "comprehensive crisis management model" and "Earl Knowledge management framework". Then it presented a combination framework that showed the role of knowledge management in four phases of crisis comprehensive management development. This framework provided the necessary measures before, during and after the earthquake. To confirm the framework and to prove the hypothesis, a questionnaire was distributed and was completed by experts in the field of knowledge management and crisis management. According to the research results, knowledge management solutions help the crisis management to control crisis. In the end, the solutions of seven schools of Earl Knowledge management were compared and evaluated to help in crisis management. This study showed that strategies of system school have the biggest effective to help the disaster management in time of earthquake. Also, the strategies of organizational and engineering schools sequentially had the next priorities (in crisis). Other schools almost had equally the same effect on mentioned factors.
