摘要：On January 1, 1969 a new set of Rules of Court came into effect in Alberta. These new rules made considerable changes in many aspects of practice. In this article, prepared from material presented at a seminar on The Rules of Court held by The Committee on Continuing Legal Education at Edmonton and Calgary, January 28 and 30, 1969, the authors discuss the more significant changes.
