标题：Ações Socioeducativas como Práticas de Inovações Sociais: Um Estudo de Caso

摘要：O presente artigo procura analisar se as ações socioeducativas realizadas pelo Instituto Engevix podem ser consideradas práticas de inovações sociais. Este Instituto desenvolve ações no âmbito da educação, procurando atender determinada parcela de uma comunidade da cidade de Florianópolis que vive em situação de vulnerabilidade econômico-social. A pesquisa consiste em um estudo de caso desenvolvido com os informantes-chave e beneficiados do projeto. Para subsidiar esta investigação foram abordadas visões teóricas das concepções de ações socioeducativas e inovações sociais, buscando detectar os possíveis elos entre elas. De modo geral, tanto as ações socioeducativas quanto as práticas de inovações sociais auxiliam no processo de desenvolvimento social. Mesmo podendo existir como dois processos independentes, há a possibilidade de convergência e fusão entre elas. A investigação evidencia que mesmo não sendo original, o projeto socioeducativo promovido pelo Instituto Engevix configura-se numa prática de inovação social, pois contribui para a inclusão dos sujeitos que dele participam. Constata-se, contudo, com o aprofundamento teórico da pesquisa que há, no projeto, um aspecto dissonante em relação às linhas definidoras das práticas de inovação social. Trata-se da ausência de participação mais autônoma e ativa da comunidade assistida nos rumos e decisões tomados pelo projeto. Por fim, o interesse por desenvolver este estudo está ancorado, sobretudo, na possibilidade de contribuir com o debate atual, no âmbito da Administração, acerca dos processos inclusivos constitutivos das ações de inovação social.
其他摘要：This article seeks to analyze if the socio-educational activities carried out by the Institute Engevix social innovation practices can be considered. This Institute develops actions in education, seeking to meet certain portion of a community of Florianópolis living in a situation of economic and social vulnerability. The research consists of a case study developed together with key informants and ben- eficiaries of the project. To support this research, theoretical views of the conceptions of social and educational activities and social innovations were discussed, trying to detect possible links between them. Overall, both the social and educational activities as social innovations of practical help in the social development process. Even can exist as two independent processes there is the possibility of convergence and fusion there between. Research shows that while not unique, the socio-educational project sponsored by the Institute Engevix is configured in a practice of social innovation as it con- tributes to social inclusion of individuals who participate in it. It appears, however, to the theoretical further research there in the project, a jarring aspect in relation to defining lines of the practices of social innovation. It is the absence of more autonomous and active participation of the community attended the directions and decisions taken by the project. Finally, interest in developing this study is anchored mainly on the possibility of contributing to the current debate within the administration, of the constitutive inclusive processes of the actions of social innovation.
