摘要：En este art ículo se ofr ece una re visión sobre el conce pto de satisf acción en el ámbit o laboral, que después se proyecta en el ámbit o educativo. En la re visión se inclu yen dos teorías sobr e la motivación que han contribuido de forma especial al desarrollo del concepto de satisfa cci ón.
