标题：EL ACUERDO MARCO-TRIPARTISMO EN EL CHILE DE LOS 90. REVISIÓN DESDE UNA PERSPECTIVA HEMEROGRÁFICA

摘要：El presente artículo pretende dar a conocer cómo se gestó y se comunicó a través de la prensa escrita el acuerdo marco entre el gobier- no, trabajadores y empresarios en el caso chile- no, en el inicio de la década de los 90. Para estos efectos, se utilizó una metodología basa- da en la perspectiva hemerográfica. Entre los principales hallazgos de la investigación, se pudo concluir que, si bien es cierto, hubo as- pectos positivos tales como la capacidad de convocar a los actores y poder consensuar po- siciones e intereses sobre algunas materias la- borales, hubo también, aspectos negativos para la clase trabajadora y más particularmente, para el movimiento sindical. Adicionalmente, se releva que estudiar el acuerdo marco tripartito, permite construir una plataforma para hipotetizar y generar algunas proyecciones, respecto de la viabilidad política y económica para avanzar en el conjunto de reformas es- tructurales de la presidenta Michelle Bachelet, especialmente la referida al ámbito laboral.
其他摘要：The present article tries to present how the agreement was planned and communicated across the written press. It focuses on the outline of the agreement between the government, workers and businessmen in the Chilean case, at the beginning of the decade of the 90s. On the basis of a methodology for organizing newspaper reports, it was possible to conclude that there were positive results such as the capacity to summon the actors and being able to agree on positions and interests on some labor matters. But, it also had negative aspects for the hard-working class and more particularly, for the union movement. Additionally, it is relevant to mention that to study the tripartite outline agreement, allows to construct a platform to hypothesize and to generate some projections, respect of the political and economic viability to advance in the set of structural reforms of the president Michelle Bachelet, specially recounted to the labor area.
