摘要：Las reuniones de trabajo representan el principal medio de comunicación y coordinación en el ambiente organizacional . Sin embargo , se ha dejado de lado el análisis de c ó mo los f acilitadores ayudan a orientar la temática de la sesión en las fases de apertura y cierre de las actividades. Por lo tanto, r esulta importante comprender los hechos que ocurren durante los encuentros, con el fin de descubrir nuevas formas de desarrollar la reunión. Este artículo presenta un a investigación de enfoque cualitativo y desarrolla un análisis conversacional en las fases de apertura y cierre de las actividades de las reuniones, desde la exploración del uso de la función fática, en el proceso de facilitación de los encuentros. Los resultados indican que los mensajes fático s regulan y orientan las reuniones de trabajo, concretando la apertura y cierre de la actividad, en el marco de un ambiente colaborativo entre el facilitador y los participantes de la sesión.
其他摘要：The meetings are the main medium of communication and coordination within the organizational environment . However , the analysis of the way in which facilitators help guide the theme of the session, during opening and closing activities , has been left aside . Therefore, it is important to understand the events that occur during meetings; with the aim of discover new ways to develop the meeting. Th is paper presents a research of qualitative approach, developing a conversational analysis phases of opening and closing meetings activities from exploration of the use of phatic function in the process of facilitating the meetings. The results indicate th at phatic messages regulate and guide the meetings, specifying the opening and closing of the activity as part of a collaborative environment between the facilitator and meeting participants.
