摘要:The humanistic paradigm of the protection of the person in order to safeguard one’s dignity exists on the international level. The alliance between countries, with a cooperative bias, points to an important reinforcement that highlights the significance of human rights. The right to food, of undeniable social character, constitutes an important mark for the dignity of men. In this context, food security behaves as an important ally in order to qualify the fundamental food right. The green revolution has indeed emerged with the fragile discourse of the elimination of hunger in the world, but it does not necessarily mean observance to food security. The problem of hunger is fundamentally political, which deserves a multifaceted analysis, as well as a purely fomenting look at food production. Cooperation between countries is essential in this endeavor. From a closer look, it follows that the elimination of the classes of the hungry at the global arena requires more of the international community than an increase in food production. It needs, from a closer perspective, a fraternal alliance between States, a preoccupation with the quality of these foods, and a systematic attack on social inequality, as it generates, in the end, hunger among the excluded of the world.
