摘要：In this research we will try to determine time quantization periods which could be used for cellular data analysis to reduce cost and time in processing such huge data. The research try to answer such questions as, What is the excite time quantization value required to perform network and user analysis? It is possible to eliminate any periods of time without effecting the quality of obtained result? Does it worth to eliminate such data(what is the gain for such elimination)?
