  • 摘要:Trabalhos no campo de sistemas de informação recentemente têm relacionado as capacidades de TI e suporte da alta gestão à qualidade de informação e ao desempenho organizacional (por exemplo: Hartono et al., 2010; Tallon, 2010). Esses trabalhos comumente são realizados no contexto do comércio ou da indústria/manufatura, raramente envolvem prestadoras de serviços. O que antecede o teste de modelos (relacionamentos entre constructos) é a composição dos próprios constructos, no nível das suas variáveis observáveis. Entendendo as peculiaridades do setor de serviços – em especial a intangibilidade – esta investigação objetiva identificar os constructos relacionados aos impactos da TI no desempenho a partir de um conjunto de variáveis mensuráveis/observáveis empregadas no contexto da cadeia de suprimentos por Hartono et al. (2010). Como procedimento metodológico adotou-se o survey. Para tratamento dos dados, as análises fatorial e de validade e confiabilidade foram empregadas. Como resultados, quatro constructos emergiram, sendo dois de capacidades de TI (nomeadas “capacidade TI hard” e “capacidade TI soft”); as variáveis observáveis para capacidades de TI hard estão relacionadas aos recursos de hardware e informação. Para o segundo constructo de capacidades de TI (soft), há itens relacionados a software, banco de dados, aplicativos etc. Outros dois constructos (“suporte da alta gestão” e “desempenho organizacional”) foram validados. O suporte da gestão indica o apoio da gestão à TI e ao desempenho. O constructo de desempenho reúne medidas ao nível de processos e ao nível da firma. A partir dos resultados, um modelo de pesquisa é proposto como oportunidade de investigação no setor de serviços.↓Articles in the field of information systems recently have joined IT capabilities and top managementsupport to information quality and organizational performance (e.g. HARTONO et al. 2010; TALLON, 2010).These studies are commonly performed in the context of trade or manufacturing, rarely involve services industry.The antecedent of testing models (relationships among constructs) includes the composition of the constructs,in terms of its observable variables. (2010). Themethodology adopted was the survey. For processing and data analysis, were employed the analysis factorialand validity/reliability. As a result, four constructs emerged: two IT capabilities (named “IT hard capability”and “IT soft capability”); observable variables for hard IT capabilities are related to hardware resourcesand information used in business. For the second construct of IT capabilities (soft) there are items related tosoftware, databases, applications etc. Two other constructs (“top management support” and “organizationalperformance”) were validated. The support of management indicates support to the IT and to the performance.The construct of performance gathers measures in the level of processes and in the firm level. From the results,a research model is proposed as an opportunity for research in services sector.
