摘要：In this cross sectional field study we examine the relationship between interpersonal mistreatment (sexual harassment and workplace aggression), job stress and burnout. The data was collected from 186 employees of several organizations of Pakistan. The results of this research revealed that job stress fully mediates the relationship between interpersonal mistreatment and burnout.
