摘要：Este trabalho descreve conceitos e modelos relacionados com o cálculo de índices de eficiência técnica e o desenvolvimento de uma/ ferramenta computacional para avaliação da eficiência técnica e da produtividade baseada em DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). Ao todo foram implementados 37 modelos, incluídos as medidas DEA Completas (medidas SBM e RAM) e o Índice de Malmquist para avaliação da produtividade.
