  • 摘要:The objective of this study is to describe the internal factor of teacher satisfaction. In this study, a descriptive quantitative approach was employed with the number subject of 40 teachers working in 24 state Junior High Schools in Malang, Indonesia. The data are collected through a five-scale closed instrument. The data are analysed based on the spread of teacher perception in the form of frequency and percentage in order to describe teacher perception on the work satisfaction through internal. The results of this study show that teacher perception on the internal factor of satisfaction show the very satisfactory rank.
