  • 摘要:The environment today has become increasingly uncertain for higher learning institutions, execution strategies are very important for any organization in any sector. The success or failure of the learning institutions is very much depending on its ability to understand internal and external forces. The total respondents for this study were 255 from different groups, i.e. high, medium and low management levels from the higher educational institutions in Palestine. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument and for the data collection. The partial least squares-Structural equation model PLS-SEM was used in this study to analyze the data.
