摘要：Macro e microelementos do palmito, tanto da parte do miolo como da parte semi-fibrosa, foram determinados. Os resultados revelaram que o palmito apresenta perfil de minerais altamente significativo sob o ponto de vis ta nutricional.
其他摘要：Mineral micro and macro elements of the heart of Palms (Euterpe edulis Mart.) from two separate layers, the soft edible center and the first fibrous outer layer were determined. The results of the analysis revealed a similar and significant high percentage of these elements, importance on the nutricional point of wiew.
