摘要：Foram recolhidas no Mercado Central de Teresina, 450 "branquinhas" (Curimatus ciliatus), pescado de água doce, num total de 30 amostras semanais de 15 peixes. As condições higiênicas do pescado foram avaliadas através de pesquisas de Salmonella sp, Vibrio cholerae, enumeração de Escherichia coli e contagens de Staphylococcus aureus. Em 20% 6,6% e 3,3% das amostras examinadas verificou-se presença de coli,Salmonella sp e aureus respectivamente, sendo negativa a pesquisa para V. cholerae.
其他摘要：In the Central Market of Teresina 450 "branquinhas" (Curimatus ciliatus) a fresh water fish, were collected, comprising thirty weekly samples of fifteen fishes each. The hygienic conditions of the fishes were evaluated through research of Salmonellasp and Vibrio cholerae, enumeration of Escherichia coli and count of Staphylococcus . Research evidence showed the presence of Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp and Staphylococcus aureusin 20,0%, 6,6% and 3,3% of the samples, respectively. No evidence of contamination with Vibrio cholerae was found.
