摘要：Reflexões sobre a história da leitura, o crescimento dos acervos e a penetração da leitura nas comunidades da aldeia global provêm, sem dúvida, da biblioteca. A interferência dos acontecimentos de qualquer parte do mundo é vista como sistêmica , em contínuo processo evolutivo do ser humano . Há importância no ato de ler, centrado em analisar e buscar compreender as mudanças do sujeito no tempo e espaço, ser histórico-cultural-político e social. A leitura objetiva interpretar o que foi registrado. Questiona sobre como se posiciona o leitor na sociedade tão sobrecarregada de informações e altamente informatizada. Abstract: Reflections about the history of reading, the collections growing and the reading penetration in the global village communities comes among the library. The reading act importance, centered in understanding the analyzing and searching the individual changes in and at time and space, to be historical, social, cultural and political human being. The reading process objective to interpret what is registered. Give some questions about the reader position at the overloaded information and also computerized.
