摘要:The study focuses on training characteristics and development trend of modern track and field and provides some reference for the track and field training in our country, not only conducive to the suppression of the part project in Chinese track and field landslide, but also can help to change the overall level of China's backward condition in track and field. Scientific training and nutrition support is the key to effective young track and field athletes training.
