摘要:The teaching-learning process is dynamic, and should promote citizen training and provide the student with experiences that can be related to their day-to-day life. In this context, the workshops carried out with public school students participating in the New Talents project, financed by the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel - Capes, sought to bring theory and practice closer to daily life and interaction with food. For that, theoretical expositions, solutions, colloids, industrial processes and food quality control with practices were intercalated. These activities aroused students' interest in the subjects, as well as the curiosity about the phenomena observed, removing the label from difficult and boring, usually associated with the contents treated by the discipline of chemistry.
