标题：Instrumental and Technological Block of the Model Strategy to Use Social Media in the Processes of Scientific, Technological and Innovative Sphere as An Innovative Process
摘要：The article covers particular features of the instrumental and technological block of the model strategy to use social media in the processes of scientific, technological and innovative spheres. The model has been developed in Sochi State University in the mainstream of the schools for pedagogical design and linguistic and rhetorical (L&R) paradigm. The authors offer sets of methodological recommendations and techniques to achieve the desired results, a methodology to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented work formats in accordance with the technology of social networks monitoring. The authors have identified criteria and indicators of effectiveness of the integrated formats (social, economic and technological), as well as a methodology of control and self-control.
