摘要:In current times, there is a great competitiveness by the companies of different sectors that is why they seek to minimize costs and improve the quality, not only of the products, but also of the services. For this reason, the objective of the research was to define a reference framework for quality tools, applied to a university institution. A bibliographical research was done to lay the necessary foundations, followed by a qualitative research through the focus group, to later elaborate a causes-effect diagram, obtaining the causes and subcauses of the problem. Finally, solutions were presented to the problem of library user dissatisfaction.
