  • 摘要:The objective of this paper is to analyze the teaching practice in the Nursing Degree of an Academic Unit of the Autonomous University of Guerrero. It was used a qualitative methodological approach, the Case Study Method and the Techniques of open questionnaires to teachers and students, documentary research and observation. The results express a positive perception of the competency-based approach; nevertheless, a coherent practice of the training model is not implemented. The teaching is based on an eminently technical rationality, which prioritizes the instruction of procedures and the practical professional experience of teachers in the clinical area. The teaching is based more on the disciplinary knowledge, than on the pedagogical and didactic ones.
