摘要：This article reveals the importance of coherent educative influences transmission from the university community of the academic year, and a methodology with holistic, growing and systematic features is presented with the protagonist and active participation of the people involved, focused on the preparation of this socializing agency in order to achieve harmonically, coherent and intentionally the educative work for having the integral formation since the initial formation of the university professional. The methodology has been applied by two consecutive academic courses with positive results either for the permanent formation of Higher Education professionals in practice, as well as for the initial formation of future professionals.
