摘要:The work was developed at the “Jesús Menendez” Municipal University Center in Las Tunas province, Cuba, where a group of teachers had difficulties with the planning of teaching task systems tasks that their students must perform in the self-preparation. As an intervention the researchers developed eight workshops with all the teachers at the school in order to discuss educational, methodological or content, which are essential for the efficient formation form, the researchers developed 8 workshops with all teachers of the institution with the purpose of debating didactic, methodological o contents, essential to the efficient performance of teaching tasks that ensure the independent work of students. In the results achieved, they are seen the improvement in the quality of lesson plans, better motivation and greater efficiency of students in the self-preparation.Principio del formularioFinal del formulario.
