摘要：The study of the cultural panorama of Elía village in the period 1930-1940 is structured based on the analysis of contextual constraints presented at Guáimaro municipality to which the town and the social relationships are established, while they illustrate the cultural panorama of Elía village in the period 1930-1940 from aspects of political, economic and social order; popular demands; educational status; transportation and communications means; media; workers' movement; work from political parties; health status; social illnesses; health; clubs and associations; cultural events; competitions of beauty, sympathy and character; religious festivals; artistic expressions, and traditional customs.
