摘要：This article is intended to enrich conceptually and methodologically an ongoing research taking place on Nanacamilpa, Tlaxcala State, Mexico, where the actors of this region are trying to convert the area in a rural touristic sustainable product. It explores the complex relations between actor and subject with the intention of understanding the dynamics of the subjective configurations which make possible the autoregulation of the activity of the touristic management, facilitating the understanding of entrepreneurial competency. It presents a qualitative methodological proposal, constructed in the exploratory phase of the research, which proposes an intervention model based on the Appreciative Inquiry, accompanied by some preliminary results and partial conclusions which are going to favor the research progress.
