摘要：The main objective is to determine the organizational skills needed for workers to achieve higher levels of productivity in BioCen by implementing a procedure for the application of the Competence Approach. Thus, competence concepts and its management are defined, as well as the analysis of feasibility of methodologies and procedures for identifying competences and their application in the institution. From the implemented procedure, the results become the need of selecting, assessing and training, taking into account organizational competences such as Commitment with the institutional goals, Quality of work results, and Initiative and innovation in work processes, responding to the enterprise productivity.
