摘要：T his work was done in “Jesús Menéndez Municipal University Branch, municipality of the same name, “Las Tunas” province in Cuba. A group of difficulties was identified in the management process, and among their causes was the lacking of a coherent working system that would allow the accomplishment of objectives. A working system according to the specific conditions of the entity was applied and the results of its application were measured. From this, greater efficiency and effectiveness at work, the accomplishment of the year objectives, a higher level in the working organization and better quality administrative formalities, better relationships, and better service quality provided to customers were achieved.
