摘要：The main focus of this paper is to emphasize the advantages of the Agile strategy whenapplied to a typical Project Management task. As software development has an oldtradition, a comparison of the strengths of the new approach will be presented in detail,aiming to prove that the popularity of Agile is not without reason. There are software toolsthat help IT architects keep their teams and projects on track, and a case study for theacademic environment will be discussed. The Conclusions part will summarize the resultsand shed some light on the future.
