摘要:TThis article proposes the visual language of graphic novels and comics as a narrative method of educational research. A/r/tography explores the complexity of subjectivity in pedagogical relationships in a creative way, by juxtaposing images and text. Considering a/r/tography as a methodology that addresses the tensions and challenges emerging from listening to each other in a relationship—a kind of “relational auto-ethnography”—, I graphically narrate a fragment of a research experience in an informal educational context. The comic strip Aurora no quiere hacer nada (Aurora does not want to do anything) sets up a situation in the creative process of a stop motion collective project of animation at an association in the South of Spain. This article explores the complexity of pedagogical relationships through the language of graphic novels, accounting for the emotions and gestures that make up relational, subjective and incarnated pedagogical processes.
