摘要：X-ray fiber diffraction studies of duplexes formed by 2-substituted poly(A) and poly(U) provide evidence for the existence of a double helical structure of poly(A){middle dot}poly(U) held together by Hoogsteen-type base pairing with parallel chain polarity.
