标题：Artistes, architectes, « Nouveaux Commanditaires » : une expérience démocratique dans les Côtes-d’Armor

摘要：Cet article propose une approche théorique des nouvelles figures et compétences d’artistes et d’architectes dans le cadre de la commande publique proposée par le programme des « Nouveaux Commanditaires », ainsi qu’une restitution des processus collaboratifs à l’œuvre dans plusieurs projets auxquels a participé l’architecte Mathieu Le Barzic. Son expérience nous renseigne sur la mise en place, le suivi et la réalisation de plusieurs projets inscrits dans le territoire rural des Côtes-d’Armor (Bretagne) et qui furent réalisés en étroite collaboration avec trois artistes : Tadashi Kawamata à Saint-Thélo pour l’œuvre Mémoire en demeure, Claude Lévêque à Plougonver pour la réalisation de l’œuvre La maison où j’ai grandi et Matali Crasset à Trébédan pour la réalisation du projet Le blé en herbe. Ces œuvres collectives sont toutes des propositions d’échelle architecturale inscrites dans l’espace public répondant à l’ambition du programme des Nouveaux Commanditaires de réinventer le lien entre l’art et la société. Elles s’inscrivent par ailleurs dans une problématique culturelle des territoires ruraux en explorant les conditions de réappropriation du patrimoine traditionnel par l’action artistique.
其他摘要：This paper proposes a theoretical approach to new combinations and skills of artists and architects in the context of public commissions put forward by the ‘Nouveaux Commanditaires’ (new sponsors) programme. It analyses collaborative processes by focusing on the experiences of the architect Mathieu Le Barzic, who has been involved in carrying out and monitoring several works undertaken in the rural territory of the Côtes d’Armor department in Brittany. In these initiatives, the architect worked in close collaboration with three artists, Tadashi Kawamata at Saint Thélo for the work ‘Mémoire en demeure’, Claude Levêque in Plougonver for the realisation of ‘La maison où j’ai grandi’ and Matali Crasset at Trébédan for the project ‘Le blé en herbe’. These joint works are propositions on an architectural scale situated in public spaces and designed to correspond with the ambitions of the ‘Nouveaux Commanditaires’ programme which aims to reinvent the relationship between art and society. They also correspond with a cultural problem of rural areas by exploring the conditions of appropriation of the traditional heritage by means of artistic interventions.
