摘要：مؤسسه. دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد مقدمه. آزمون جامع علوم پایه ، دو بار در سال برگزار شده و قبولی در آن، شرط ادامه تحصیل در رشته پزشکی میباشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط برخی از متغیرهای دموگرافیک همچون سن، جنس، محل اقامت همچنین سابقه مشروطی و نتایج دروس کنکور، با نتیجه آزمون جامع انجام شده است. روشها. این مطالعه توصیفی در دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد و بر روی دانشجویان 11 دوره شامل دوره 12 تا 22 آزمون جامع علوم پایه انجام گرفت و پس از گردآوری اطلاعات دموگرافیک دانشجویان همچنین اطلاعات مربوط به آزمون کنکور آنها، تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از آزمونهای همبستگی ، آزمون t و کای اسکوئر صورت گرفت. یافته ها. بین موفقیت در آزمون جامع و داشتن سابقه مشروطی ارتباط معنی دار وجود داشت (05/0 P ) همچنین بین موفقیت در امتحان جامع و نتایج کنکور دانشجو در دروس ، زبان خارجه، ریاضیات، زیست شناسی ، فیزیک و شیمی ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت(05/0 P<). نتیجه. با توجه به مؤثر بودن وضعیت کنکور و سابقه مشروطی در موفقیت دانشجویان در امتحان جامع علوم پایه، بررسی‌های بیشتر و توجه خاص به موارد فوق توصیه میگردد. آدرس. واحد توسعه آموزش, دانشکده پزشکی, دانشگاه شاهد, تهران.
其他摘要：Introduction. The basic science exam is conducted, two times each year and, success in this exams is an essential condition for medical students to continue their education in medicine. This Descriptive research was designed to study the relationship between some variables, including age, sex, place of stay, conditional history and results of basic science exams. Methods. This study was implemented on shahed medical faculty students, who participated in the 11th period of basic science exams (period 12-22), and after collecting the data both demographic information and their konkur’s resulst in each course, data were analyzed by correlation test T-test and chi-square test. Results. There was a significant relationship between success in Basic science exams and conditional history (P 0.05). Also there was a significant relationship between success in basic science exams and result of some courses in konkur including : foreign language mathematics, Biology, physics, chemistry. Conclusion. Konkur Results and conditional history are effective on success of students in Basic science exams, then more study and research will be recommended.
