摘要：The recent change of paradigm in systems theory (in biology, cybernetics, psychology and social sciences) is a fruitful path for renewing a multidisciplinary dialogue and for contributing to the vast project of a general theory of self-organized systems (called autopoietic systems). Such a project might promote the study of diseases such as dementia, by a detailed analysis of the relationship between organic system (processes of interregional brain exchanges), psychic system (cognitive/affective) and social system (communication). In this article, we propose some theoretical and analytical research avenues at the intersection of social science and neuroscience, for a study of mediations between these three types of systems (cerebral, psychic, social) in the case of Alzheimer's disease, taken as an example. This is a position paper for future studies of those mediations: how do the brain interregional connectivity system, the psychic system and the family system interact? What mechanisms are used by such systems when they manage or not to cooperate, to self-adapt to each other? We suggest that some symptoms of Alzheimer's disease and care for these symptoms can be understood in terms of intersystemic relationships.
