摘要:European adult education seems not to be "digitally ready" enough: In educational institutions, desktop PCs, older learning management systems and software solutions dominate, and few providers have e-learning courses in their programme or work with blended learning. In addition, the training of adult education instructors in the area of digital work has not been systemized much. As the author of this article stresses, however, adult education instructors could serve as role models. If they implement their course offerings with a greater share of digital learning, their workshop or course participants can acquire or improve digital competences "en passant". In order to make this possible: What would a continuing education course on digital competence for adult education instructors look like, one that is also broadly considered and thus increases the digital readiness of many adult education instructors? What tools are suitable for everyday use and user-friendly for adult education instructors in training, advising and management? Starting in March 2017, "EBmooc" will attempt to answer these questions by passing on simple and practical digital tools for work in adult education. The article explains the background, content and central premises of development work on this free continuing education format. (Ed.)
