摘要:The purpose of the present study was to complete a pilot investigation to learn more about how educators who have had experience working with students with challenging behaviors perceive school-related challenges impacting their effectiveness. Further, information was gleaned as to what educators believe to be major issues faced in their educational roles. More specifically, the study provides a glimpse of educators’ perceptions of their preparation programs, strengths and weaknesses of the leadership in their schools, leaderships’ encouragement to collaborate with others in their educational communities, and major problems they face in educating students.
