摘要:The contents of copper, manganese, zinc and lead in the diet of a university hospital were determined for five successive days. Breakfast, lunch and supper were separately assayed. The results are given contents for five days. The average intake of metals per day were as follows: copper, 1.5mg; manganese, 7.1mg; zinc, 7.7mg; lead, 100μg The requirements of the essential metals, copper, manganese and zinc, were thought to be fulfilled. The average intake of the contaminate metal, lead, 100μg was judged not to particular problem.
