摘要:Several kinds of alkyl-and phenyl-mercury compounds were identified by thin-layer chromatography. Alumina layer was adopted to separate alkyl mercury homologue and EDTA-containing alumina plate was used for detection of ethyl-and phenyl-mercury compounds by developing with chloroform-methanol-water (80 : 20 : 2) in both cases. Ionophoretic conditions were further investigated to separatively identify these mercurial compounds.
