  • 摘要:Dietary restriction is widely recognized to be the most effective means of intervening in the aging process in laboratory animals. Recent studies have produced substantial evidence that indicates this nutritional manipulation can modulate many aspects of free radical metabolism, including free radical generation, lipid peroxidation, DNA damage and cytosolic defense systems. Some of our laboratory's recent work is summarized in this presentation.
