摘要:Characteristics of the calcein release from temperature-sensitive liposomes with or without stirring were studied. Calcein release from DPPC(dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine) REV(reverse phase evaporation vesicle) with stirring occurred at a temperature lower by 8 degrees than that without stirring. DPPC-DSPC(distearoylphasphatidylcholine)-mixed REV showed the maximum release(%) for calcein, near 40 °C with stirring and 45 °C without stirring.
