摘要：There are three stages of Enterprise Resource planning System (ERP) Implementation; which are preimplementation,mid- implementation and post-implementation. In pre-implementation stage the perviousresearchers found that it fail in Organizational and Technological factors. Therefore, this research studiesthe Technological Factors availability and the Organizational Factor readiness at Greater AmmanMunicipality (GAM) Case study. The statistical results showed that there are availability of theOrganizational factor (Organizational Objectives and Services, Organization culture, and Businessprocess) for success of ERP system, and indicate the technological infrastructure is available og GAM.
