For this we used the indicators of regional analysis. The results showed that significant changes in the pattern of population concentration , towns that had a high concentration of rural households showed that lose dynamism, to the large cities . The municipalities of Cascavel , Foz do Iguaçu, Guaira , Medianeira, Santa Terezinha de Itaipu and Toledo cities , are the analysis demonstrated in all population concentration in urban areas and also the largest recipients of the population of nearby cities , given the current situation and development power of attraction and thus maintained their previous levels of analysis from the 1970s, with a high concentration of urban households .
