In the case of the seed markets of soy, corn and wheat, these issues are highly present, mainly due to the significant changes taking place in the technical-scientific, institutional and legal environments. Understanding such issues enables the elaboration of policies aimed at strengthening the Sectorial System of Science, Technology and Agricultural Innovation.
