摘要：Le lancement fin 2005 de l’appel à projet Pôle d’Excellence Rurale par la Délégation Interministérielle à l’Aménagement et à la Compétitivité des Territoires fournit un état remarquable de la “ projectivité ” des territoires ruraux français en 2006. Le corpus généré compte en effet 342 dossiers déposés lors de la première vague. Dans le cadre du travail de recherche ici présenté, ceux-ci ont fait l’objet d’une première analyse toponymique et typologique. Ainsi mise en œuvre, cette étude explore les questions des ressources territoriales mobilisées et des stratégies d’autonomie territoriale. Elle permet de présenter au final une première proposition des formes de développement aujourd’hui perceptibles dans les territoires ruraux français en les catégorisant selon leur rapport à la ressource patrimoniale.
其他摘要：The launch at the end of 2005 of the call for project “Pôle d’Excellence Rurale” by the Interministerial Delegation for the Territorial Planning and Competitiveness (DIACT) supplies a remarkable state of the “projectivity” of the French rural territories in 2006. The generated corpus indeed counts 342 files deposited during the first wave. Within the frame of the research work presented here, these were the object of a first toponymic and typological analysis. So implemented, this study investigates the matters of the mobilized territorial resources and the strategies of territorial autonomy. It allows to present at the end a first proposition of the present perceptible forms of development in the French rural territories by categorizing them according to their relation with the patrimonial resource.
