标题：Measuring the Relationship between career, guidance, and adults’ Training Needs: Analysis and Assessment of Results from the Perspective of the Social Responsibility

摘要：The aim of this paper is to present the results of a training project on the relationship between career, needs guidance and training received. This work is part of what is known as the project setting of professional life. Currently, it is recognized the relevance of the professional dimension in personal wellness. Within the project settings, professional training offered by the authorities of training is very important. 375 subjects participated in the study all of them were unemployed or in the process of finding a better job. The results showed a positive relationship between satisfaction with the career followed and the content of the training. Furthermore, it was found that the importance of the content of the training fits the profile of the participants in this training. As expected, those subjects with no studies showed significant differences in formation needs in relations to the others with upper studies.
