摘要:In this theoretical article we discuss the notions of company resources and legitimacy to explain the strategic efficiency of organizations. As its main contribution, starting from the current trend towards a resource-based view (RBV) and the new institutional theory (NIT), we propose an alternative relational and interpretative perspective, called a legitimate resource-based view, which allows for an understanding of the inter-subjectivity and dynamics present in the strategy preparation process in organizations.
