摘要：In this study, the authors have reviewed the literature about social networks. Applying the methodology of group therapy, they work with a cohort of hypertensive patients, but without a control group, and searching to improve the disease follow up. The results obtained in this initial study seem very interesting, showing the need of a new multi-centric study to allow a better evaluation of the impact of this therapeutic tool in the control of chronic diseases, such as the systemic arterial hypertension.
